1/2 Cup – Sweet Brine of Mine
1/4 Cup – Kosmos Moisture Magic
20 oz – Water

Eat Barbeque Zero to Hero
Heath Riles – Competition Blend

Texas Pepper Jelly Rib Candy
Brown Sugar
Blue Hogs Original BBQ Sauce

Blue Hogs Original
Blue Hogs Smokey Mountain
Rib Aju

Finish Dust
Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeno Rub – Grounded Fine

1 – Trim the ribs down to St. Louis spare ribs.
2 – Inject the ribs with the rib injection.
3 – Wrap the ribs in plastic wrap.
4 – Rest the ribs in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
5 – Remove the ribs and damp dry with a paper towel.
6 – Apply your seasoning.
7 – Preheat your smoker to 300°F.
8 – Smoke the ribs with the meat side up for 45 minutes.
9 – Flip the ribs meat side down for 45 minutes.
10 – Remove the ribs from the smoker and wrap them.
11 – Return the ribs to the smoker and cook until they are tender, approximately 1-1/2 hours. Remove the ribs from the smoker when you can pick them up and they start to want to break in the center.
12 – Rest the ribs in a cooler or warm place for 45 minutes.
13 – Place the ribs on a cooling rack and brush on your sauce.
14 – Return the ribs to the smoker to set the sauce for about 10 minutes.
15 – On a cutting board, apply a little BBQ sauce and place the ribs meat side down.
16 – Slice the ribs and apply a light coat of BBQ sauce.
17 – Enjoy!
