Ingredients🥘
🥗Capsicum chopped- 1 cup
🍅Chopped Tomato- 1 medium size
🍚Chopped onion-1 small size
🥔Chopped Potato-1 medium size
🌾Rice- 1/4 cup
🍮Ghee- 1 tsp
🌾Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
🔸Turmeric powder- A pinch
🥡Salt- A pinch [For babies above 1 year]
💧Water as required
Method💌
🎀- In a cooker, add ghee and cumin seeds.
🎀- Add chopped tomato,onion,potato,capsicum and turmeric and stir for a while.
🎀- Then add washed rice and the required amount of water to properly cook the rice.
🎀- Add salt to taste and cover it for 1-2 whistles.
🎀- Finally, mash the rice with a masher.
🎀- Your Capsicum rice is ready to serve.
🎀- Mash and feed it to 8 month babies.
