cabbage grated- 1 cup

green chilli- 2 to 3 no.
red chilli powder- 1 tsp
black paper powder- 1/2 tsp
all purpose flour ( maida) – 2 tbsp
whole wheat flour- 4 tbsp
salt – according to taste
