whole red chilli- 8 to 10 no.
salt- according to taste
water- 1/4 cup
vinegar- 1 tbsp
soya sauce- 1tbsp

for veg tikki
cabbage grated- 1 cup
carrot- 1 cup
capsicum- 1 big
green chilli- 2 to 3 no.
red chilli powder- 1 tsp
black paper powder- 1/2 tsp
all purpose flour ( maida) – 2 tbsp
whole wheat flour- 4 tbsp
salt – according to taste
