INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Murmara / Puffed Rice
Soak For 5 Min.
Remove From the Water
Mash Well
1 & ½ Cup Methi/ Fenugreek Leaves
2 Tbsp Onion
2-3 Cloves Garlic
2 Green Chilli
3 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
½ Tspn Cumin
½ Tspn Salt
¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
½ Tspn Chilli Powder
½ Tspn Coriander Powder
2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Tspn Sugar
1 Tspn Lemon Juice
Mix Well
½ Cup Gram Flour
2 Tbsp Water
Grease Some Oil In Hand
Make Shape
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry For 5-7 Min.
