Recipes + in this video:

Liver Latte 🌼☕️
2 dandelion root tea bags
8 oz hot water
1 tbs molasses (rich in potassium)
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp MCT oil
splash of raw milk

Pho Recipe! 🥣
Pho is a very nourishing soup that’s rich in the amino acid glycine, very restorative and nourishing to heal your gut. We need glycine to produce glutathione the body’s master antioxidant. The lime and herbs add in so many extra micronutrients, and overall it’s an incredibly nutrient-dense meal. It’s become a favorite easy recipe – even though it’s quite a few steps, it’s simple!

Aloe Vera 🌵 is extremely helpful for healing the gut. I’ve been using this brand because it’s completely flavorless and a lot of aloe vera is very bitter!
