Ingredients:

For Dal fry:
1/2 cup moong dal
1/2 cup masoor dal
1 tblsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 cup oil
6 tblsp garlic
1 inch piece of ginger
6 green chillies
1 tblsp jeera(cumin seeds)
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1/2 cup of finely chopped tomato
7-8 curry leaves
1 tblsp kasuri methi(dry fenugreek leaves)
1/4 tsp asafoetida(hing)
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp meat masala or garam masala
2 tblsp of finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tblsp butter

For Shahi Paneer:
250 gm Paneer cut into cubes
3/4 cup tomato puree
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp sugar
For gravy-
1/2 cup of sliced onions
5 Kashmiri red chillies
1 inch piece of ginger
10 cloves of garlic
3 sticks of cinnamon
2 black cardamoms
2 green cardamoms
1 tsp cumin seeds(jeera)
1/4 cup of chopped cashewnuts
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup of oil
1 1/2 cup of boiling hot water
1 1/2 tsp of salt
2 tblsp of coriander leaves
2 tblsp fresh cream(malai)

For Reshmi paratha:
2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted ghee
1/2 cup of milk
1 tblsp kasuri methi
1/4 cup water
Oil or ghee for making parathas

For Steam rice:
1 cup of rice
4 1/2 cups of water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ghee

For Boondi Raita:
1 cup fresh curd
1/2 cup of Boondi
1/2 tsp black salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp roasted jeera(cumin) powder
1/4 cup of water
A pinch of red chilly powder
