What’s For Dinner#53 EASY Family Friendly WW Meals/ Weight Watchers Points & Calories/Macros Included. I show the easy WW (Weight Watchers) friendly meals that we had this week. I also show WW points and calories (more nutritional info in the description) for each meal. Since it was Thanksgiving this week, I included what we had that day as well! BBQ Pizza:
2 Ingredient pizza dough (3/4 cup fat free greek yogurt and 1 cup self rising flour. Plus 1/8 cup for rolling and kneading. Granulated garlic if desired)
10 oz cooked chicken breast
8 oz part skim mozzarella
1/2 cup sugar free BBQ sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (I typically use reduced fat feta instead. It is 1 point lower per serving with feta)
red onion
bell pepper
jalapenos
In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup four, Greek yogurt and granulated garlic. Mix until dough starts to form. Remove and knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes. Once kneaded, cut dough in half and roll each half out to fit pizza pans. Spritz pizza pan with olive oil and form dough to pan. Spritz top of dough with olive oil and bake at 425 for 5 minutes. Top each crust with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. Top with chicken, mozzarella, veggies, and finally bleu cheese. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes.

Turkey apple and bleu cheese wrap
1 Santa Fe Tortilla Company Homestyle whole grain tortilla wrap
3 slices Member’s Mark Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, 98% Fat Free
1Tbsp Private Selection Crumbled blue cheese
1Tbsp Low fat cream cheese
1⁄4 medium Fresh apple, diced
1 Tbsp red onion, chopped
pepper to taste
