Steak & Chicken Kabobs

2 boneless chicken breast and or
1 lb NY strip or sirloin, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
4-8 wooden skewers
1/2 cup Lanes’s Pow Pow Sauce-Marinade
1/2 cup Meat Mitch Naked Bbq Sauce
1/2 Tbsp Garlic & Herbs Seasoning by Rainier Foods
1/2 Tbsp Remi”s Competition Rub by Brocmar Smokehouse
1 bell pepper, halved lengthwise, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
1/2 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
Green onions (garnish)
Pam grilling spray

Instructions •Spray cold grate of gas grill with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium-high direct heat
•Cut your meat into 11/2-inch cubes and add to the skewers
•Use Lanes’s Pow Pow sauce as a marinade and season your chicken with the Remy’s seasoning and the steak with Brocmar seasoning
•Grill 5 minutes per side, and start glazing at the third rotation with the Meat Mitch Bbq Sauce
•Continue grilling 5 minutes each side while glazing, pull of the steak kabobs and continue cooking the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165
•Plate and garnish with finely cut green onions
Soak bamboo skewers in water at least 30 minutes before using.For easy clean-up, cover grill cooking grate with a sheet of aluminum foil sprayed with PAM® Grilling Spray.
