Eat Twice As Much, Keep Calories The Same (Healthy vs Unhealthy)
The common saying is as long as you eat in a calorie deficit you will lose weight no matter what you eat. While this is certainly true, what about how it makes you feel?
Today, my sister and I go head to head in a healthy vs unhealthy day of eating to monitor how we feel after having both high volume and low volume meals. It was definitely eye opening to see how much MORE volume you can get for the same calories when you make healthier choices. Making dieting and losing weight/fat so much easier!
