– 5g Butter
– 100g Mushrooms
– Thyme
– Salt & pepper
– 60g Ricotta
– 1 Bread Slice

1. Butter the pan and add the mushrooms when the is hot. Add thyme, salt, pepper & fry the mushrooms as per your liking.
2. Once the mushrooms are almost done, add the bread to the pan to toast it.
3. Take your toasted bread, spread the ricotta evenly on it, add mushrooms & enjoy .
