Mac and cheese:
1/2 box, macaroni shells
1 Maggie chicken bouillon cube
4 Tbsp butter, salted
2 tbsps all-purpose flour
1 can Campbell’s cream of cheese
2 cups cups heavy cream
8 Oz monetary jack cheese
4 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
8 Oz mild cheddar cheese
1 Tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Southern candied yams:
5 yams, peeled and diced
5 Tbsps butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsps cinnamon
1 Tsp nutmeg
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
Cornbread Recipe:
Collard Greens Pressure Cooker Recipe:
Cajun Fried chicken:
6-8 piece chicken drumsticks
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2-1 cup heavy cream
4 Tbsp hot sauce
(The seasonings are divided)
3 Tbsps Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsps onion powder
1 Tsp Sazon seasoning
2 tsps chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp dried parsley
Oil for frying
