Shipwreck Skillet is a Hamburger Casserole that you can cook on the stove top without heating the house up. It is a simple, one pot dish that is perfect for any weeknight dinner and you can have on the table in less than 30 minutes. The variations are virtually endless. It’s easy, affordable, and delicious. You can make it with the ingredients that you already have on hand. No need for a shopping trip in a specialty food store. This is the kind of meal that I grew up on, and I raised my 4 kids on.

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 cup Milk
1 box Mac and Cheese
1 can Tomatoes
1 cup or can Corn
1 cup or can Peas
1 cup Cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
**Optional – 1 cup of chopped green bell peppers or onions, leftover beans, spices and seasonings, just about any leftovers in the fridge
