This video shows how to make a healthy high fibre dosa.
This is made from broken wheat and split green gram. It is highly nutritious, excellent for diabetics, weight watchers and people of all age groups.Simple and easy to make it doesn’t require much time too.
Broken Wheat/Wheat rava 1 cup
Split green gram 1/2 cup
Green chillies 2
Onions 2
Curry leaves a few
Cumin seeds/jeera 2 Ts
Sour curd 100 ml
For Chutney
Onions 3
Tomatoes 2
Oil 1 Tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
urad dal 1/2 tsp
Channa dal 2 tsp
Dry red chilies 5
Oil 1 Tbsp
