Super quick & easy dinner idea for you!
Ingredients below… I doubled the sauce recipe 😋
✨Egg Roll in a Bowl ✨
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon onion powder
¼ cup less sodium soy sauce
1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
½ cup grated carrots
1 lb cooked meatballs
Salt and pepper, to taste

You can sub out the meat for something else or go meat free!
