Smoothie my favorite beverage is a drink made from pureed fruits, vegetables and sometimes adding of dairy products like milk, yogurt, choco drink with the use of a blender, Mixer Bullet or food processor. Its quick and easy to make, its nutritious,has low fat, helps in digestion because it has fiber and other slow digesting ingredients hence gives free bowels. it also helps in weight loss.
Smoothie can replace a whole meal, it can be served as breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on your combination of fruits or vegetable. My recipe is simple and a must try, kindly try and leave your comment below. My favorite is the Banana Choco Delight.

3 pcs of Banana (2 serving)
1/2 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup Hibiscus Drink
1/2 cup chocolate drink
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Orange Juice
