⭐Today I am sharing what my family had for dinner this week. Some nights my teenage son eats with us but other nights it’s just the hubby and I. So I try to keep it simple on those nights, especially! I hope this video gives you some ideas to try in your kitchen this week and encourages you to save some money by cooking meals at home!

Open-faced Sloppy Joe Pizza:
1 lb ground beef
1 ½ tsp garlic salt, onion powder, pepper
Texas Toast
Pepperoni (cut into quarter sized pieces)
1 ½ – 2 c marinara sauce
Mozzarella cheese
*your favorite pizza toppings
Mashed Potato Casserole:
8 oz mashed potato packets
1 frozen pack of mixed veggies (or any canned veggie of your choice)
6-8 pieces of frozen chicken strips (cut into small pieces)
1 packet of gravy
Lettuce Wrap Tacos:
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 can corn – drained
1 can black beans – drained & rinsed
1 c salsa
½ – 1 c parmesan cheese
Butter leaf lettuce or romaine
*Any taco toppings that you like: Shredded cheese, purple onion, tomato
Spicy Chicken Sandwiches:
Chicken strips (cook as directed on the package)
Hamburger buns
Butter
Sauce:
¼ c mayo
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp bbq sauce
*toppings: lettuce, tomato, sliced pickles, onion
