The side dish can be quickly prepared with potato and beans. The curry is a curd curry with a twist and is delicious. The instant pickle is a mouthwatering dish that can be prepared very easily and quickly. It is all we need for having rice. You can easily prepare this simple lunch and have your fill.

Side dish

Potato – 1 nos
Coconut oil
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder
Cumin seeds powder(optional)
Salt(to taste)
Amchur powder/Dry mango powder(Optional)



For the paste
Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
Shallots – 2-3 or Onion

Coconut oil
Mustard seeds
Green chillies – 3 nos
Onion – 1 nos
Tomato – 1/2 nos
Chilli powder
Turmeric powder


Instant pickle
Lemon – 1 nos
Green chilli – 2 nos
Chilli powder
Coconut oil
