Grilled quail is one of my new favorites to grill, and I can’t wait to try it on
the BBQ! My recipe (name brands and measurements not included) is below:
* 4 Quail (Coturnix)
* BBQ sauce
* Concentrated Lime Juice
* liquid smoke
* Worcestershire sauce
* soy sauce
* peanut oil
* chives
