Breakfast Sandwich – english muffin, eggs, spinach, ham, & cheese
Ginger Chicken w/ broccoli – chicken tenderloins, broccoli, organic quinoa & brown rice.
Ginger Sauce – Ginger, pineapple, red onions, green onions, extra virgin olive oil, ketchup, soy sauce, honey, splash of almond milk, salt, & pepper.
Fruit bowel – fruit of choice with a side of peanut butter
