Roasted Sweet Potatoes w/ Brussel Sprouts:
1 lb sweet potatoes
1 lb brussel sprouts
2 tbsps olive oil
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, adobo, cayenne pepper
balsamic glaze
Lemon Pepper Salmon: 390 degrees for 10-12 minutes (130 degrees internal temp)
1 lb salmon
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cayenne, lemon pepper seasoning
Jerk Pork: 375 – 20-25 minutes
1 Pork tenderloin
2-3 tbsps walkerswood jerk paste
1 lime
ground all-spice
pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
jerk seasoning
salt and pepper
