• Curry leaves
• pepper seeds
• Turmeric powder 1 1/2 tsp
• Salt

DHAL CURRY

• Dhal
• Oil
• Mustard seeds 2 tsp
• cumin seeds 1 tsp
• Cinnamon
• Rampe
• Garlic
• Onion
• Chilli flakes
• Curry leaves
• Green chilli
• Turmeric powder 1 tsp
• Curry powder 2 tsp
• Salt
• First coconut milk
• second coconut milk

SPICY SAUSAGES CURRY
• Oil 2 tbsp
• Sausage
• Rampe
• Curry leaves
• Garlic
• Onion
• Ginger
• Green chilli
• Curry leaves
• Cinnamon
• Red chilli powder 2 tsp
• Water 2 cup
• Fenugreek seeds ( uluhal) 1 tsp
• Meat curry powder 2 tsp
• pepper powder 1 tsp
• Curry powder 1 1/2 tsp
• tomatoes
• Salt

PINEAPPLE SALAD
• Pineapple
• Tomatoes
• Carrots
• Onions
• Pepper
• Salt

PAPADAM
• Oil
• Papadam sheet
