Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker Recipes – Easy, Healthy Salmon & Veg Dinner

Ingredients

Salmon:
* 1 filet of salmon
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1 tsp Cajun spice
* 1/2 tsp crushed red chilli flakes
* 1 tsp freshly chopped parsley
* 3 cloves garlic
* 2 slices of lemon
* 1 tbsp butter

Veg:
* 1 medium potato
* Handful of baby carrots
* 6-8 Asparagus
* Salt to taste
* Black pepper
* 1 tsp Cajun spice
* 1 tbsp butter

Veg Bake time: 40 mins
Salmon bake time: 20 mins
Temperature: 190C (fan)
