I’m joined by Hastes Kitchen as we take you through some very simple food prep hacks that will save you time and help you stay on track!

Eggs 175 degrees for 30 mins, TEST your oven, then plonk into cold water.

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
2 x apple
2 x tbsp of honey
1 onions sliced
5 garlic cloves
4 large carrots
4 tbsp spelt flour
2 tsp curry powder
chicken stock to suit
4 x tsp soy sauce
2 tsp garam masala
