So I’ve become obsessed w/ JUICING!!🍐🥒🍎
Slowly but surely I’ve been incorporating healthier hacks into my diet. Such as:
-Switching out soda & store bought juices for sparkling waterover
-Substituting Monkfruit sweetner for refined sugar
-Adding Super food powder to my smoothies/protein shakes
..Just to name a few. My latest Hack, Juicing 🥰. Juicing is a great way to add tons of fruit and vegetables into you diet. I knew I didn’t have enough in my diet. Juicing also have such immediate health benefits to your system, because it’s a juice your body breaks it down easier. With such variety of choices your mixes are endless 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
