Delicious Easy Meals for Bone Health

Today I’m sharing 3 healthy meal ideas featuring some of the best foods for bone health that you can eat, including my favorite: PRUNES!

For breakfast, a chia pudding with yogurt, prunes, and pears. Then for lunch, a tasty quinoa cakes recipe with a simple leafy greens side salad. And for dinner, a delicious marinated salmon dinner served with roasted broccoli.
