Belizean Bread Pudding Recipe | How to make Bread Pudding | Eggless Bread Pudding

We all love our bread pudding in Belize. Growing up this was always one of my favorites.


16 slices white bread
2 cups whole milk
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons margarine
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ cup raisins

Bake at 350F or 177C for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
