Here’s a time-saving hack for the next time you want to whip up a smoothie STAT! Smoothie cubes are only limited by your imagination! Add any combo of fruit, throw in some spinach or kale, use any milk, juice, or water you desire and freeze these up for your next snack. You can even throw in add-ins right before you blend like protein powder, cinnamon, peanut butter, almonds, seeds, oats–options are endless!! Best part–you don’t need ice which can water down your smoothie!! 🙂
