Juicing Tips, Using Swiss Chard In Juice

Hi, Mike Griffin here with another juicing tip.

Todays juice contains Swiss chard. Swiss chard is a rich source of vitamin K which helps maintain bone density among other benefits. It also provides Beta Carotene which your body makes into vitamin A and so it helps with you eye health.

Swiss chard is also loaded with phytochemicals and antioxidants. As it builds up your immune system, it helps prevent cancer of the digestive tract. I also helps prevent kidney damage in diabetics.

Cleansing Green Juice
2 apples, cored
2 stalks celery
Handful of Swiss chard

Just drop them into your juicer and let it rip
