EASY HEALTHY SNACKS RECIPE
FOR OAT CLUSTERS:
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (180g)
2 tbsp maple syrup, honey or agave
1 egg white
FOR SWEET-AND-SALTY ALMONDS:
1 heaped cup almonds (150g)
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
FOR SPICY CHICKPEAS:
1 heaped cup cooked chickpeas (200g)
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp each salt, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per handful):
OAT CLUSTERS: 93 calories, fat 1.4g, carb 17.2g, protein 3.1g
SWEET-AND-SALTY ALMONDS: 100 calories, fat 7.9g, carb 5.6g, protein 3.4g
SPICY CHICKPEAS: 128 calories, fat 2.8g, carb 20.2g, protein 6.4g
For oat clusters: in a bowl combine rolled oats, maple syrup and beaten egg white.
Spread in air-fryer basket, press down with a back of a spoon and air-fry for 15 minutes at 340F (170C).
For sweet-and-salty almonds: in a bowl combine almonds and maple syrup.
Spread in air-fryer basket, sprinkle with salt and air-fry for 10 minutes at 340F (170C).
For spicy chickpeas: in a bowl combine cooked chickpeas, olive oil and spices.
Spread in air-fryer basket and air-fry for 12 minutes at 375F (190C).
