NO-BAKE PROTEIN BARS
I love making this! So easy yet tastes incredible. And it’s a recipe with endless possibilities, but pb and chocolate is my go-to!
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter
2.5 tbsp maple syrup
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1.5 tbsp almond milk or any milk
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp chocolate chips
1.5 tsp coconut oil
Mix everything in a bowl until well-combined. Transfer to a loaf pan or any container that can hold its shape. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 mins.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Pour and spread evenly on top of the bars. Freeze for at least 30 mins before slicing into bars 🙂
