Salt to taste
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup
Oil for roasting
Tempering
Oil – 2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Jeera/ cumin – 1/2 tsp
Green chilli – 1 chopped
Ginger – 1tsp chopped
Curry leaves – 10
Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
Sesame seed /til – 1tsp
