HEALTHY MEAL PREP WITH ME 2022 // LoveLexyNicole
Hey friends! In today’s video we are going to be meal prepping some healthy meals that I can grab and go! This entire meal prep took an hour! I also share a healthy snack recipe as well. Give this video a thumb up if you enjoy it and don’t forget to subscribe!
Perfect chicken meal prep:
– Add metal tray at bottom of instant pot
-Add chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic & herb, parsley, paprika, fresh lemon juice, and fresh garlic to taste. Add 1/2C of bone broth and pressure cook for 12-25 minutes.
12 min is perfect for thawed chicken but mines was frozen so I did 20 minutes!
– Allow instant pot to manual release
-Wash and cut in even size cubes
-Put on a sheet pan with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Make sure to toss at the half way point.
– Add baby carrots, drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for 10-15 minutes
-Chop ends off of brussels sprouts and then cut in half. When the time is up with the carrots add brussels sprouts and half red onion to same sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and veggie seasoning.
-Roast for 20 minutes or until veggies are tender and slightly crispy.
