Optional Homemade Pizza Dough Recipe:
Cut down dough to fit width of air fryer. Top with pizza sauce or butter and garlic, leaving sides clear of topping. Top with your choice of meats and cheeses and roll up and place in air fryer. Air Fry at 350˚F/176˚C for 10-12 minutes.

Dip Tilapia in egg wash, then fish fry and place in sprayed basket. Spray both sides with your choice of oil and air fry at 350˚F/176˚C for 8 minutes.

1ish pounds of cooked chicken, 1 can rinsed black beans, 1 cup frozen corn thawed (I just rinse hot water over the corn), about a cup of BBQ sauce, and a splash of lime juice. Mix and add a spoonful over a tortilla. Roll into thirds and lightly mist with oil. Air fry at 350˚F/176˚C for 5 minutes or until it reaches desired crispiness, flipping halfway.

1 pound chicken tenderloins (or chicken breasts cut into slices)
4 medium red potatoes, washed and cut into 1″ cubes
2 cups chopped fresh broccoli florets
4 tablespoons avocado oil
3 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Make glaze and pour over chicken, set aside while you prep veggies. Put veggies in basket and stir in 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Place chicken over veggies and pour remaining glaze over chicken and veggies.
Air Fry at 360˚F/182˚C for 14 minutes, flipping chicken once midway. Tent chicken and then cook veggies for another 5-8 minutes at 350˚F/176˚C.

1 1/2 pounds boneless top sirloin steak, or other steak, cut into strips, crosswise
Cut into strips: 1-2 peppers of your choice, 1/2 onion (or more)
Then pour marinade over steak and veggies and let rest no longer than 24 hours.
2 tablespoons each: lime juice, soy sauce, oil
1/2 teaspoon each: ground cumin, chili powder, dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 6 cloves)
Preheat air fryer at 400˚F/200˚C for 5 minutes. Then air fry 360˚F/182˚C. for 14 minutes, rotating once halfway through.
